# Where Bybit is available

Updated: 2026-10-09. Facts checked against official Bybit pages.

Bybit does not serve users in the United States, mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Uzbekistan, Sudan, Syria, Sevastopol and the Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine it lists (currently Crimea, Donetsk, Rostov and Luhansk). It also excludes people on US, EU and UK sanctions lists. Everywhere else, sign-up is open unless Bybit routes you to a regional site.

## Regional Bybit sites

In some places Bybit runs a separate local platform:

- **EEA (except Malta):** Bybit EU (bybit.eu), licensed under MiCAR. See [Bybit in Europe](/bybit-eu/).
- **Türkiye:** Bybit TR (bybit.tr). See [Bybit in Türkiye](/bybit-turkey/).
- **Kazakhstan:** Bybit Kazakhstan (bybit.kz), licensed by the AFSA.

When you pick your country during sign-up, Bybit may send you to the right site. Referral code 53152 works there too.

## How this site handles it

We do not show sign-up buttons to visitors from excluded countries, and we never suggest using someone else's country.

## FAQ

**Is Bybit available in the US?**
No. The United States is on Bybit's list of excluded jurisdictions.

**Is Bybit available in the UK?**
The UK is not on Bybit's excluded list, but UK rules restrict how crypto services can be promoted. We do not show sign-up links to visitors from the UK.

**Can I use a VPN or another country?**
Bybit's terms say that false residence details can lead to account termination and liquidation of open positions. We do not recommend it.

**Does the list change?**
Yes, Bybit updates it. We re-check it regularly; the check date is at the bottom of this page.
