One email or phone number can open only one Bybit TR account. Verification runs in the Bybit TR app: NFC scan of a Turkish ID card, a short video call with support, and a proof of address in Türkiye dated within the last three months.

Verification on Bybit TR

  • Phone check with the number tied to your account.
  • ID card scan via NFC. Only a Türkiye ID card works, and your phone needs NFC.
  • Video call with a support agent, usually 5 to 15 minutes after the scan. Turkish by default, English is supported.
  • Proof of address in Türkiye, dated within the last three months.

Can I verify on Bybit TR with a passport?

No. Bybit TR accepts only Republic of Türkiye ID cards. Passports, visas and residence permits are not accepted.

What counts as proof of address?

A document with your name and address in Türkiye, such as an e-Devlet residence certificate (İkametgah) or a utility bill, dated within the last three months.
